Customer Service Protection Guaranteed:
- If not satisfied with the quality of any service offered, customers should get in touch with the store or the company within 48 hours for resolution.
- In case of any damage or loss of fabric article during the processing for any reasons, get up to 10 times of order value (ie. Wash n Press basic invoice amount less discount if any) or INR 4000 which ever is lower as refund.
- Free re-processing in case of processing quality issue.
